30-day return window
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The 30-day clock starts the day the carrier marks your order as delivered.
What's returnable
- Roofing nailers in original packaging, never fired, with all accessories
- Sealed boxes of coil nails, cap nails, and fasteners
- Parts and accessories in original blister packs
What isn't
- Used or fired nailers (covered by manufacturer warranty instead)
- Opened nail boxes or partial coils
- Custom or special-order items
Defective on arrival?
Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
