Every nailer ships with the original manufacturer warranty — fully intact, never voided.
Brand warranty coverage
- Bostitch — 7-year limited tool warranty on most pneumatic nailers
- MAX USA — 1-year limited warranty, with optional extended coverage on registration
- Metabo HPT — Lifetime Lithium Ion tool warranty on cordless models; 5 years on pneumatic
- DeWalt — 3-year limited warranty + 1-year free service + 90-day money back
- Milwaukee — 5-year tool warranty / 3-year battery warranty on M18 platform
Always check the warranty card in the box for the most current terms — manufacturers occasionally update them.
How to file a warranty claim
Contact the manufacturer directly with your serial number and proof of purchase (your RoofingGun.com order email works). Most claims are handled in 5–10 business days. If you'd like help, email us and we'll walk you through it.
What's covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts (o-rings, bumpers, drivers) are typically not covered after the first year — but we sell replacement parts at cost on the parts page.
